Romcarbon - Buzau (RASDAQ:ROCE) will be moved to Tier 2 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as of 30. May. The company has been traded on the securities market for approximately 11 years and was first listed on RASDAQ on 27 February 1997.
According to General Manager Ileana Banucu, the move will not bear major effects on the daily business, as it was only intended to attract investors and ensure better visibility.
The plastic foil, tubes and profile manufacturer concluded last year with losses of 432,000 RON, after a net profit of 4.79 million RON in 2006. Last year"s turnover was 90.58 million RON, almost double y/y. The company has a share capital of 18,645,726.70 RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Among the leading shareholders are Living Plastic Industry with 32.52% and Unitai International Corporation with 20.63%.
