Rompetrol might lease over 5,300 square meters from the Bucharest City Hall to build three fuel stations on Soseaua Antiaeriana - Sector 5 (1,815 sq.m.), Splaiul Unirii - Sector 4 (2,224.34 sq.m.) and Drumul Taberei - Sector 6 (1,263 sq.m.). If the City Council approves, the land will be leased to Rompetrol Downstream SA in exchange for a minimum annual lease of 30,000 USD per site plus 3.5 USD/sq.m./month plus 2.5% of the revenues derived from ancillary activities. The lease agreement would be valid for 49 years with an option to extend by another 49 years.
