EnglishShareholders in the Barlad-based bearings manufacturer Rulmenti have decided to invest over 4.3 million EUR in two companies in Belgium and Hungary after taking a loan from BCR, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange quoted by NewsIn.
The company will invest 90,000 EUR in setting up a distribution company in Brussels in which they will hold 30%. The company"s capital will be 300,000 EUR. The shareholders also decided to purchase 49% in New MGM Company in Hungary for 3.43 million EUR.
Rulmenti will borrow 3.5 million EUR from BCR and collateralize it with the shares in the Hungarian company and other securities. The new administrator of Rulmenti is Sahin Adndn, replacing Hasim Bayram. Rulmenti has a share capital of 100.28 million RON and is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
