Financial investment firm (SIF) Muntenia has sold their 123,288 shares (14.49%) in Atlas Gip - Ploiesti (RASDAQ: ATGJ) for 8,013,720 RON, as per an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Earlier this week, Vulcan, controlled by Grupul Energetic Tender, bought 123,263 shares in Atlas Gip for 65 RON/share and 8,012,095 RON in total. Atlas Gip offers services related to oil & gas exploration and has a share capital of 2,126,622.50 RON divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. According to the latest report, dated 14 April, Tender holds 69.96% in ATGJ. Yesterday"s quotation increased by 22% to 78.6 RON/share.
