EnglishTomis SA - Constanta will borrow 33 million EUR from Romexterra Bank over ten years and post the Tomis Mall as collateral, in keeping with a decision of the shareholders. The funds will be used to improve the mall, according to Tomis representative Doru Iancu Verioti quoted by NewsIn.
At the moment, Tomis Mall is the most important private investment in Constanta City. The initial 12,500 sq.m. building has been renovated and complemented with an 18,800 sq.m. new building. The mall has six floors, of which three for commercial galleries, one for the food court and two for the multiplex. The mall also has an underground parking lot on three levels.
