Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii expands its business to the Republic of Moldova

Law firm Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii yesterday announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with the leading business lawyers firm of Chişinău - Ţurcan & Ţurcan. This is the second initiative by Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii to form an international partnership, after inaugurating an office in Madrid, in December 2009 together with Spanish consulting company Fúster García-Berdoy, in order to meet current and future demand from Spanish investors, according to a press release sent to our editors. The collaboration between law firms Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii and Ţurcan & Ţurcan will revolve around the "best friend relationship" principle and will allow providing personalized consulting services to an important segment of the business environment of the Republic of Moldova and of Romania, for investors which already have a major local presence, as well as to those interested in developing commercial relationships with the Republic of Moldova and with Romania. The officials of Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii said that this collaboration comes after a period of five years in which the company studied the market of the Republic of Moldova and carefully analyzed the business opportunities it provided. The active presence of Ţurcan & Ţurcan in the Community of Independent States through its strategic alliances with the leading law firms of most of the former Soviet countries provides Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii with a new vector for growth in its relationships with Romanian businessmen with interests in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia and other high-yield, high-risk economic regions.
