EnglishBaile Felix-based company Turism Felix received yesterday a listing approval from the Bucharest Stock Exchange Council, for Tier 2 of BVB.
Currently, Turism Felix shares are listed on Tier 1 of Rasdaq, as of December 20th 1996, under the symbol TUFE. The company has a share capital of 24,8 million RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0,1 RON. According to a report from December 18th 2006, the significant shareholders in Turism Felix are SIF Transilvania Brasov, holding 63,40% in the company and SIF Oltenia Craiova, with 16,42%.
