The building is located in the Northern part of Bucharest, at approximately 5 km from the city centre. The office building occupies 5.842 square meters and has a usable surface of 3.300 square meters. Consisting of two basements, ground floor and six upper floors, the class A office building also provides 60 parking spaces in an underground parking lot.
