Israeli-based Aura Investments and Plaza Center have unveiled plans to build approximately 1,500 luxury apartments in Romania"s ski resort Poiana Brasov for a total of 180 million EUR. The development area measures 67,000 square meters and is located uphill the old city of Brasov. The company has opened a presentation showroom on the way to Brasov and announced that apartments could be booked as of 22 December.
Marketed as the Primavera Valley View, the project is organized in five phases over five years starting from the moment when the construction permit is issued. The Primavera Valley View is developed jointly by Aura Investments, Plaza Centers and Bar-On Adam Structures. The three companies are developing over 3,000 apartments in Romania under the name of Primavera. The projects are located in Bucharest, Ploiesti, Snagov and Brasov. In addition, the companies are also developing over 22,000 square meters of office space.
Plaza Centers, a division of the Israeli-based Elbit Mechanical Imaging, has bought 75% of the Casa Radio project, which is scheduled for completion in six years. The overall investment has been estimated at approximately 1 billion USD.
