EnglishThe Constanta City Local Council has passed a resolution on guaranteeing a 21.36 million EUR loan to finance the rehabilitation of several streets, sidewalks and sports fields used by local educational institutions. Also, the Constanta City Hall will pay higher subsidies for the locals" heating bills following recent increments in water and fuel prices. The subsidies will maintain the price paid by end-users at the same level, namely 107.5 RON/Gcal, which is the lowest in the country. Nevertheless, the price charged by the heating plant to the City Hall will be increased.
