Hungarian company "Ibiden", a maker of ceramic parts for the auto industry, headquartered in the Dunavársány industrial park located near Budapest, in association with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Romanian county of Covasna, is looking to recruit approximately 50 workers, starting with the second half of June. "Ibiden Hungary" is a company with Japanese capital, operating in Hungary since 2005, which currently has almost 1,400 employees and a turnover of almost 169 million Euros.
The employees that will be hired in Covasna will be working on the existing production lines, which means no specific qualifications are required. According to a press release by the institution, "the decision to recruit workers for the auto industry comes on the back of the recovery of the sector in Western Europe, and the presence of the company in the county of Covasna is due to the credibility of the company < Valkes >. < Valkes > set up a factory in Sf. Gheorghe which assembles electrical cabling for the Qashqai model of the Japanese carmaker Nissan.
"Ibiden" is considering a second recruitment drive in July.
