EnglishAerospace and defense technology manufacturer Aeroteh - Bucharest (BSE:AER) has increased share capital by 2.45 million RON to 10.56 million RON by incorporating the year 2006 reserves. For this purpose, the company issued some 980,000 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON offered for free to the shareholders registered as such by June 12th.
The company currently has a share capital of 10.56 million RON divided into 4.22 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is the Aeroteh Employee Association with 65.71%, followed by Dumitru Banut with 13.67%.
Aeroteh reported an H1 turnover of 4.7 million RON, up by 9.9 y/y, whereas the net profit gained 37.4% to 634,539 RON. Last year"s results included a turnover of 15.8 million RON and a net profit of 3.83 million RON.
