EnglishLaw firm "Balms & Associates" has recently started its activity in Bucharest as a Romanian-Spanish partnership. The firm is a member of Balms Group International (BGI), which comprises over 20 prestigious and independent law firms in Europe, Latin America, USA and Canada.
The firm specialises in various areas, with a special focus on business law, given the increased internationalisation and Romania"s European Union membership, according to a company press release sent to our newspaper.
Balms & Associates was founded in 2006 by Mr. Juan Luis Balmaseda de Ahumada Diez, president of Balms Group International and senior partner of "Balms Abogados Marbella" and attorney Mirela Ghermanisteanu.
