EnglishShareholders in Ceramica SA - Dorohoi, a manufacturer of bricks, tiles and other ceramic products for the construction industry, will convene April 2nd to vote on increasing share capital from 431,372.5 RON to 1,197,627.5 RON. If agreed, the capital increase will be performed through a 305,155 RON injection by Bogdan Cavulea and by issuing 184,440 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON to the other shareholders. The shareholders will also discuss complementing the company"s registered business by adding grains, vegetables, fruit cultures and fishery. The company is listed on RASDAQ as CEIB.
