EnglishThe executive management of Comelf will recommend shareholders to approve gross dividends of 0.0647 RON/share in the total amount of 1.51 million RON, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange quoted by NewsIn. The company reported a Y2006 net profit of 3.95 million RON and decided to allocate 205,854 RON to the reserve fund and to spend 359,560 RON on employee incentives. The remaining 3.03 million RON will be split evenly between the dividend fund and the development fund. Plans for 2007 include a 53% increase in profit and a 10% increase in production, turnover and revenues.
