EnglishConsal Trade SRL - Constanta is the winner of the tender held to award a contract for "Developing the Railway Capacity of Constanta Sud - Agigea Port" by the Constanta Maritime Port Authority. The winner and associates Lisarom Prest and Elcomex bade to perform the tendered works for 30,815,682.15 RON (9,299,759.22 EUR) in 12 months. The exchange rate was 3.3136 RON/EUR set by the National Bank of Romania for on May 4th, 2007.
Consal Trade will offer warranty for 24 months. The good performance guarantee stands at 5% of the value of the investment. The deadline is July 2009. The development of the railway capacity includes the construction of 8 new railway lines and the rehabilitation of the existing lines. The investment will primarily benefit container, grains, freight and ferry-boat terminal operators.
