On Friday, the court ruled the registration with the Trade Registry of Alba county of the amendments to the articles of incorporation of Roşia Montană Gold Corporation (RMGC), which concern the transactions between its shareholders and the changes in the structure of the company"s shareholder structure and holdings.
According to Agerpres, by Friday"s ruling, which can be appealed within 15 days, the Court of Alba admitted the claim of petitioner Frank David Wheatley, administrator of RMGC, in his case against Eugen Nicolăescu, PNL deputy, who early last week filed a motion to intervene. The motion to intervene made by Eugen Nicolăescu was considered inadmissible and subsequently dismissed by the Court of Alba.
