Generali, Petr Kellner Aim For 62% In Ingosstrakh

Assicurazioni Generali SpA and Czech-born billionaire Petr Kellner have made an informal offer for Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska"s stake in Ingosstrakh, according to Sunday Times. Deripaska holds 62% in the Moscow-based insurer Ingosstrakh, whereas Generali and Kellner hold an aggregate 38%. A spokesperson for the investment group Basic Element, controlled by Deripaska, said the Russian billionaire had no intention to sell his stake in Ingosstrakh, also according to Sunday Times, who describes Deripaska as Russia"s most richest man.
