EnglishShareholders in process equipment manufacturer Griro SA Bucharest will convene in June to discuss a share capital increase by 10.3 million RON, according to Monitorul Oficial. The company will issue 4.139.650 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Presently, Griro SA has a share capital of 16.6 million RON. According to Monitorul Oficial, each preemptive right will allow the subscriprion for 0.627 new shares.
In 2005, the company posted a turnover of 30.32 million RON and net losses of 10.59 million RON. Griro SA Bucharest is listed on Rasdaq and has customers such as Alstom, Nem, Uop, Borisg, Rafo and Lukoil.
