The project developed by Iberica Riofisa and Tiriac Investments Limited is estimated at 150 million EUR and will be finalized in 2009. The project includes a 60.000 sqm shopping center and 1.800 apartments. The land was acquired this year for 20,8 million EUR.
Another important investment is New Timisoara, which is financed by businessman Ovidiu Tender and is estimated at 130 million EUR. The project will be finalized in 2009 and it will consist of 1.500 high-class apartments, commercial spaces, public swimming pools, a business center, an underground parking lot and a 43-storey tower.
Banu Construct, part of Banu Invest Group, started last year the construction of the Campina complex, located between Lipovei Street and Aradului Street. The project comprises seven buildings consisting of 210 apartaments.
