King Sturge has increased its property management revenues

King Sturge"s results after the first semester confirm the initial estimates for the property management market. The first semester of the 2009-2010 fiscal year brought with it a 25% increase in net revenues for King Sturge"s Property Management department, compared to the year 2008. According to a press release sent to our editors, King Sturge has also improved its regional presence in Western Romania, by co-opting a local team in Timişoara, under the coordination of Florin Dumitrescu.

According to King Sturge officials, the second semester of the fiscal year is shaping up to be even better for the property management segment. The company is at an advanced negotiations stage for over 400,000 sqm leasable surface for retail areas, offices and public sector, with a potential EUR 600,000 of net revenues for the Property Management department by the end of 2010. The company provides consulting as well as day-to-day property management services.
