There are often confusions every year, so doctors have provided clarifications. The medical certificate for enrollment in a group, epidemiological approval, and vaccination record are only issued by the family doctor when enrolling in a new educational cycle, which includes nursery, kindergarten, preparatory class, and ninth grade, according to the Ministry of Health. All other children do not need to present medical certificates or epidemiological approvals," stated the Ministry of Health.
