EnglishSIF Transilvania announces that the payment of dividends distributed out of the company"s net profit for 2010 will be made gradually between September 1st and October 28th, 2011. The payment will be made via postal money order or bank transfer.
The amount of the gross dividend per share is 0.0300 lei, of which the dividend tax will be withheld, according to the tax rate effective at the time of the dividend payout.
For the year 2010, SIF Transilvania announced a net profit of 2010 of 66.9 million lei, down around 43% compared to the profit for the year 2009. This year, the company is expecting a net profit of 68 million lei, up 1.6% over the profit it had at the end of 2010 (66.9 million lei). According to the revenue and expense budget, which will be submitted for approval of the shareholders at the end of April total revenues are expected to climb 20.9%, from 121.53 million lei to 147 million lei, whereas expenses will climb 39.2%, to 65 million lei.
