Financial investment services firm SSIF Broker from Cluj Napoca intends to ask shareholders to approve again the merger with SSIF Compania Romana de Investitii Investco and to reject the proposed merger with HTI Valori Mobiliare and SSIF Transilvania Capital.
"We have come to the conclusion that we are not compatible with HTI and Transilvania Capital in terms of organizational culture and business ethics, and this is why we want to reject the merger with these two companies and focus on the merger with Investco," said SSIF Broker CEO Petru Prunea.
The shareholders will convene June 29th for these decisions. Another topic on the agenda is a motion to increase share capital by 24 million RON after the merger is registered with the Trade Registy. The sum comes from 5.55 million RON in capital premiums, 840,844 RON in reserves and 17.64 million RON from the capitalization of last year"s net profit. The company currently has a share capital of 54.61 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.5 RON.
