In 2006, the company posted a net profit of 289,600 RON and a turnover of 4.4 million RON. A year later, revenues reached 4.79 million RON (1.33 million EUR), nearly 7% more y/y. Expenses gained 3% to 4.3 million RON. The hotel company has a share capital of 998,800 RON divided into 400,000 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is SIF 3 Transilvania with 64.08%. SIF 5 Oltenia is second with 16.51%.
