EnglishShareholders in UCM - Resita yesterday endorsed the decision to close three production units according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange quoted by NewsIn. It was also decided that the respective buildings be leased for a minimum rent. Following a recent capital increase, the majority shareholder, INET AG, increased their stake from 51% to 96.38%. The company concluded last year with 137.16 mln RON in profit and is listed on BVB Tier 2.
