EnglishCBC Development Design SRL has officially presented a 25 million EUR investment project located in Cluj Napoca. The company is planning to build "Global Plaza," an integrated business center near the Tetarom I Industrial Park.
The Global Plaza will comprise two connected buildings, including underground parking spaces, commercial space, office space, a 1,000 square meter conference center, a four-star hotel, two restaurants, a terrace and leisure areas. The office space will measure an aggregate 7,000 square meters and will comply with the BOMA standards. The rent will be 14-17 EUR/sq.m.
