EnglishAlexandrion Group has increased share capital by 120.7 million RON (35.4 million EUR) from 302,000 RON to 121 million RON by offsetting the sum resulted from the reevaluation of the trademark, logo and brands. The reevaluation was perfoemed in line with international standards by an expert of the National Appraisors" Association in Romania (ANEVAR). Alexandrion Group produces brandy, vodka, gin, tequila and whisky cream. The main shareholders are NS&Sons Global Business Limited (50%), Deerview Investments Limited (37.75%) and Bitzarakis Holdings (12.5%). Alexandrion concluded the first half of 2006 with 41.5 million EUR in turnover. The company has five production units in Romania and Greece.
