Spanish developer "Avantia", which recently launched its first Romanian residential project called Avantia 1 Decembrie, has already sold 15 apartments out of the project"s 110. Sales were made following the participation in the real estate fairs held in Bucharest, as well as due to the extremely favorable funding offer. Construction will begin at the end of this summer.
According to a press release sent to our editors, "Avantia" still has 200 potential customers, that expressed their interest in the project, and the company has already begun negotiations with some of them. The management of the Spanish company said: "Two-room apartments are our best sellers, followed by studios and three-room apartments. Prices for studios in the Avantia 1 Decembrie project begin at EUR 59,900 + VAT. Prices for two-room apartments start at EUR 88,900 + VAT, and three-room apartments cost EUR 114,300 + VAT".
The project is located at the junction of Liviu Rebreanu and Blvd. 1 Decembrie 1918, next to the Titan lake. The project has a gross built area of over 11,000 sqm, with the works scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2011.
"Avantia" is a real estate group with full Spanish ownership, that currently owns over 140,000 sqm of land in various central areas in Bucharest, acquired with its own funds, following an EUR 67 million investment. The company recently announced its commitment to the local market, by presenting several medium and long term projects, which concern the development of over 200,000 square meters of offices and approximately 5,000 residences.
