Holders of corporate bonds issued by Banca Comerciala Romana (Romanian Commercial Bank) can trade them on the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting tomorrow, March 29th. The bonds will be listed under the symbol BCR09, in the Credit Bonds section - Tier II corporate bonds.
On November 28th 2006, the bank issued 2.428.278 bonds with a face value of 100 RON/bond. The reimbursemnt will be paid at maturity, namely on November 28th 2009.
BCR will pay the interest quarterly, the interest rate being 7,25% per year.
Between November 8th - 21st, investors acquired 2.428.278 BCR bonds totalling 242,8 million RON (69,181 million EUR).
