Enayati Wargha, Radu Boari Cede 49% In Unirea Medical Center

Enayati Wargha is ceding 29% in Unirea Medical Center (Centrul Medical Unirea), namely 29 shares with a face value of 290 RON. Radu Boari is ceding his entire 20% stake in CMU to CMU itself. Following these moves, the majority shareholder is GM Enayati Wargha with 51% of the share capital. Unirea Exclusiv Medical, a company held by Centrul Medical Unirea Development SRL, Enayati Wargha and Simona Nicoleta Ene has increased share capital from 200 RON to 1000 RON by increasing the number of shares from 20 to 100. Last month, the shareholders decided to partially split the company and transfer 42.7% of the share capital to SC Numarul 12 SRL. The share capital was reduced from 23,360 RON to 14,580 RON. Among the center"s customers are Vodafone, Coca Cola, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nestle, ING, Citibank and Raiffeisen Bank.
