Shareholders in IAR Ghimbav decided on April 12th to pay out dividends worth over 2,2 million RON. The remaining 5 million RON will be used for legal reserves and to cover the company"s losses registered in the previous years. IAR Ghimbav posted 7.306.671 RON in net profit for 2006, compared to 2,6 million RON reported for 2005.
The EGM approved the financial results for 2006, as well as the income and expense budget for 2007. Also, Macaveiu Consult was assigned as financial auditor and the structure of the company"s Management Board was modified by secret vote.
Aircraft manufacturer IAR Ghimbav, listed on the first tier of Rasdaq, has a share capital of 47.197.132,5 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 2,5 RON/share.
