Moldova SPRL, the liquidator of Terom - Iasi, has announced the third failure to auction off any of the company"s assets as none of the three bidders was willing to offer at least the starting price, although the price had been lowered 20% compared to the start of the liquidation process.
The main objective of the auction was to sell the industrial platform, comprising 23 assets, including 9.5 hectares of land for a total of 46,078,400.80 RON, without including VAT. The secondary objective was the sale, item by item, of a number of stand alone assets worth a total of 9,105,117.6 RON, VAT not included.
