Real estate company "Regatta", exclusive promoter of the "Northpoint Residence" project, announced that three quarters of the apartments in this complex have been sold. Company management claims "Northpoint Residence" is the best-selling project in Corbeanca. The whole complex, now 80% finalized, will be rendered to beneficiaries this spring. The building in this neighbourhood consists of small apartments. Only four apartments are still available at this time, according to a press release sent to our editorial office. The residential complex includes fitness facilities, a sportsground with field lights, an outdoor swimminmg pool, a club and a laundry room.
"Regatta" spokespersons say that houses and apartments in this complex are no longer available at discount prices, but prices are still the lowest on the market. Thus, average price is 825 euro per sqm, VAT included, showing an increase of only 10% compared to the initial price.
"Northpoint Residence" continues to develop and at the end of February the second phase of the project will begin with the construction of three apartment buildings, three double villas and recreation spaces (tennis court and swimming pool club).
The new buildings will have the same architecture as the ones constructed in the first development phase. The project will be finalized by mid 2008.
