EnglishThe Management Board of construction materials producer Prefab Bucharest will convene on June 21st to discuss a share capital increase from 6.3 million RON to 12.7 million RON, according to Monitorul Oficial, quoted by NewsIn.The company will issue 12.7 million shares with a face value of 0.50 RON/share, to which there will be added an issue premium of 0.20 RON.
Prefab Bucharest ended 2006 with a turnover of 91.4 million RON up 23% from 74.3 million RON in 2005. Net profit slid 36.6% last year, totaling 7.1 million RON.
