Car parts manufacturer Sinterom Cluj-Napoca increased its share capital by 3.94 million RON (1.2 million EUR), to 16 million RON, according to a report to Rasdaq. Initially, the company intended to increase its capital by 6.12 million RON, to 18.22 million RON, but shareholders only subcribed for 1.576 million shares with a face value of 2.50 RON. The remaning 871,413 shares worth 2.178 million RON were canceled.
Following the capital increase, Sinterom Cluj-Napoca has a share capital of 16.05 million RON, divided into 6.42 million shares with a face value of 2.50 RON. The majority shareholder is Contactoare SA with 71.27% in the company, followed by SIF Oltenia with 23.39%.
The company ended 2006 with a gross profit of 1.84 million RON, up 22.4% from 1.5 million RON in 2005. Last year, the company"s turnover amounted to 21.9 million RON. Sinterom is listed on tier 1 of Rasdaq, under the symbol SIRM.
