Port operator Socep Constanta reported first quarter gross profit of 412.612 RON, slightly increasing compared with the similar period of 2006, when the company posted losses of 344.667 RON.
On March 31st, the company reported turnover of 9 million RON, slightly declining from the corresponding period of 2006. Revenues declined from 9,96 million RON to 9,6 million RON. Expenses amounted to 9,19 million RON, down 10,78% from the same period last year.
Socep constanta is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as SOCP. The company has a share capital of 34,34 million RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0,1 RON.
