EnglishAllocation rights issued by Teraplast - Bistrita will begin to be traded on Monday, 5 May, as TRPR01 as per an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Investors subscribed some 51.43 million Teraplast shares for 56.04 million RON during an IPO held between 7-17 April. Teraplast offered 49.6 million shares equal to 20% of the share capital before the increase.
The company attracted 49.6 million RON (13.8 million EUR) based on the IPO price of 1 RON/share. According to Teraplast officials, the funds resulting from the IPO will be used to relocate and increase production capacities. The PVC producer is planning to invest 66 million EUR in the next six years in increasing production capacity. The bulk of the investment (40%) has been scheduled for this year. At the moment, the company is relocating production facilities to an industrial park near Saratel, some 10 kilometers from Bistrita.
