Any thing that is done well will show results, says Adriana Tănăsoiu, the CEO of the Central Depository.
According to her, any obstacles that arise when it comes to developing a business can be overcome tenacity, persistence and lots of work.
"One minute of success rewards us for years of failures", she said, quoting Robert Broom and saying that whoever starts off on the path to starting a business must accept all the obstacles and must be the change they want to see in the world.
"I think that no important project can be achieved without lots of work and discipline. We need to start off from an idea and follow it through", she concluded.
Adriana Tănăsoiu started its activity on the capital market in 1994, in the specialized department created in the National Bank of Romania. Starting with November 2006, Mrs. Tănăsoiu was appointed as CEO of the Central Depository, one of the companies which belong to the Bucharest Stock Exchange Group. She is currently a member of the TARGET-2 Securities Consulting Group and of the Council for Coordinating the European Central Depositories participating in the project in question, developed under the guidance of the European Central Bank, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of the Central Depositories in Europe (ECSDA) and President of the Working Group for Harmonization of the same association.
