The new management of the Bucharest Stock Exchange doesn't seem to be in any hurry to be validated by the Romanian National Securities Commission (CNVM), even though two weeks have already elapsed since the elections. Yesterday, Gabriela Anghelache, the president of the Romanian National Securities Commission said: "We have not yet received the paperwork needed to validate the management of the BSE. The CNVM can complete the process in two days".
Mrs. Gabriela Anghelache also said that the documents that the members of the new Board of Directors must send to the Romanian National Securities Commission are the tax record, the criminal record, the updated CV and the statement of compatibility with the position.
The deputy general manager of Intercapital Invest said that it is possible that some of the directors who were elected have not yet sent the documentation needed for their validation.
On January 9th, the shareholders of the BSE have appointed a new management, after the revocation of the new management.
