Furniture maker Anteco - Ploiesti (RASDAQ:ANTE) has increased share capital by 2.7 million RON (783,700 EUR) to 4.1 million RON (1.2 million EUR) divided into 41 million shares with a face value o 0.1 RON.
Following this operation, Tehnoforestexport is the lead shareholder with 17.47%, SIF Banat - Crisana is second with 16.65%, Marius Comsa third with 7.27% and Gheorghe Furtuna fourth with 5.13%.
Anteco concluded H1 with a net profit of 680,000 RON, up 13x from the 51,500 RON posted in 2006:H1. The turnover amounted to 3.81 million RON (1.21 million EUR) down by 19% y/y from 4.72 million RON.
