Shareholders in Biofarm SA have approved a 20 million EUR credit limit for the current year and the company"s participation in a consortium formed to acquire shares issued by Antibiotice SA - Iasi within the privatization process. At the end of last year, Biofarm sent the State Assets Resolution Agency (AVAS) a non-binding letter of intent to participate in the privatization of Antibiotice. The consortium also includes SIF Oltenia SA, SIF Banat - Crisana SA, SIF Moldova SA and SSIF Broker SA.
