Celhart Donaris - Braila (RASDAQ:CEDO) concluded Q1 with a gross profit of 1.67 million RON, up from losses of 1.73 million RON in 2007:Q1, according to the quarterly report issued yesterday. The turnover increased over 3x from 3.45 million RON to 11.35 million RON amid revenues of 14.14 million RON, up by 51% y/y and expenses of 12.47 million RON, up by 28% y/y. Celhart Donaris - Braila is a paper and cardboard factory with a share capital of 47.63 million RON divided into 19.05 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON/share. The majority shareholder is Europack Ghimbav with 88.1% of the share capital. SIF Banat Crisana holds 14.25%.
