Celhart Donaris - Braila is a paper and cardboard factory with a share capital of 47.63 million RON divided into 19.05 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON/share. The majority shareholder is Europack Ghimbav with 88.1% of the share capital. SIF Banat Crisana holds 14.25%.
