EnglishThe Energopetrol SA Board has proposed dividends of 0.05 RON/share and called a shareholder meeting for April 27th to get a go on this proposal. The agenda also includes approving the financial reporting documents for last year and the budget for 2007. Moreover, the meeting will also decide on the limits for the management fault insurance, proposed at 45,000 EUR for the chairman of the Board and 20,000 EUR per member.
