EnglishFiros - Bucharest may increase share capital by 5.4 million RON (1.59 million EUR) from 16.9 million RON (4.97 million EUR) to 22.3 million RON (6.56 million EUR) through a capital injection. If the shareholder assembly approves the move, the company will issue 2,160,000 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Firos was established in 1976 as a manufacturer of glass fiber. The company exports some 85 percent of the output and is the only Romanian manufacturer of glass fibers. At the end of 2005, the company posted 3.9 million RON (1.08 million EUR) in losses and a turnover of 27 million RON (7.46 million EUR).
