First apartments of "Odyseea Residential" Siseşti will be ready next year

One fifth of the apartments of the residential ensemble of "Odyseea Residential" in the Siseşti area have already been sold. "Odyseea Residential" is a project developed by "Profit Building Industries" Ltd. and "Caterata" Ltd - a joint-venture between "New Horizon" Ltd and "Immoeast" AG. Spokespersons of the developers said that the execution of the first stage - namely, two blocks with ground floor and another five floors, will be completed in April 2010. "We are on schedule with the execution of the 40 apartments in the two buildings, which will be ready in April 2010, as promised".

The entire quarter will comprise 156 1- to 4-room apartments. The homes will be spread across six buildings and their surfaces will range between 60 and 126 sqm, with large balconies.

The asking price for the homes is EUR 1,350/sqm. Investors are offering EUR 100/sqm discounts, promotions and customized offers according to the buyer and economic context. Officials of "Odyseea Residential" said: "We want to offer the best solution, which would benefit us, as well as our customers. We offer special promotions, upgrading standards, free financial solutions, and support. We are targeting medium-high class buyers, young couples that want to live in the Northern area of Bucharest, in the midst of nature, but with easy access to the city. We are targeting people earning from 1000 to 5000 Euros a month who are looking to improve their lifestyle".

Experts of "Odyseea Residential" made a marketing study for Bucharest"s Northern area. The study shows that Northern Bucharest remains a favorite for real estate developers, as well as for buyers willing to pay more for an exclusive positioning in the midst of a natural setting.

The Siseşti area has seen a quick development lately, attracting growing interest from investors. According to experts of "Odyseea Residential", some of the area"s advantages are quick access to DN 1 and the two airports as well as to downtown Bucharest. What"s more, the area has an established infrastructure.

The "Odyseea Residential" report further shows: "Most of the employees of the more than 200 companies operating in the Băneasa area have positive things to say about the Siseşti area. Most of them were interested in having their home as close to their job as possible".

Based on this statistic, developers of "Odyseea" offer several payment methods and customized offers in order to attract further buyers for the Siseşti area. Officials of "Odyseea" say that the Siseşti area has no infrastructure issues. The sewers are fully functional, and public transportation is readily available.
