Konica Minolta Business Solution Romania posted over 13 million Eur in turnover for 2006, up by over 21% year-on-year, as a result of a sustained 104% sales pace on the office equipment segment of the Romanian market.
For 2007, the company aims at a 15 million EUR turnover and expects to maintain its over 20% growth rate, as well as its position as a leader on the multifunctional color equipment market. In 2005, the company posted 11,1 million EUR in turnover and a gross profit of 312.000 EUR.
On the European multifunctional color equipment market, Konica Minolta sales rose by 67% in 2006. The company ranks first in multifunctional monochrome equipment sales on segments two and four, with bizhub 250 si bizhub 600 equipment. On the Romanian market, sales rose by 48% on the second monochrome segment.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Romania distributes and provides services for copiers, faxes, printers, multifunctional equipment, providing complete document management solutions. The company was founed on October 1st 2003, as a result of the merger between Minolta Co. and Konica Corporation.
