Kronospan Romania, the local distributor of Kronospan Group"s wood-based products, has increased its share capital by 5.36 million EUR to nearly 11 million EUR, according to a company press release.
Kronospan Romania is controlled by Cyprus-based Kronospan Holdings and is a distributor of wood panels and associated products.
Kronospan Trading Brasov has been active on the Romanian market since June 1999. The company"s main activity is the sale of wood based products (chipboard, MDF, HDF, flooring, wall panels, OSB, working tops, window sills).
Kronospan Group also holds two production facilities in Romania, through its Sebes subsidiary. The plants manufacture PAL and MDF and were acquired in 2004 from Italy"s Gruppo Frati. Kronospan is currently one of the largest local PAL and MDF manufacturers, with an annual production of over 800,000 cubic meters of PAL and 350,000 cubic meters of MDF.
Kronospan holds offices in Brasov, Sebes and Constanţa and operates internationally in several countries across Europe, USA and China.

va scriu acest mesaj deoarece detin actele doveditoare ca fabrica Kronospan de la Brasov functioneaza(a avut si deschiderea ofiaciala pe 03.12.2009)desi fabrica scriptic nu exista in niciun act(nefind intabulata)si are autorizatie de functionare de la registrului comertului Brasov doar pe 800mp,nu pe suprafata pe care a fost construita de 40ha.
