EnglishThe management of Atrium Centers yesterday announced that store openings in Atrium Center Arad, the first mall in the city, will continue. On April 16th, LC Waikiki (which rented 1,200 square meters) will open a store which will sell trendy clothes for women, men and children at affordable prices. This will be the brand"s fist store in Western Romania. Also, a few days ago Kenvelo and Gold Fashion opened new stores.
"By the end of April, three new restaurants, Mexican Grill, Portuguese themed Curigo and Italian themed Desiderio will open on the second floor, together with children"s toy store Dinoland, Diverta and Tong, Turabo café and Cavaliere", the press release from Atrium Center Arad states. 92% of the mall"s area is rented, some of the tenants include C&A, New Yorker, LC Waikiki, Reserved, Kenvelo, Deichman, House of Art, Leonardo, Altex, Diverta, Hervis, Billa, B&B, Sephora, Adidas. Cinema City, the first multiplex cinema in Arad will open in August.
The opening of Atrium Center generated over 1,500 new jobs. The total value of the investment is 70 million Euros.
The construction company Arcadom, officially designated as the general developer of Atrium Center Arad acquired 50% of the stock of Atrium Center Arad one day before the official inauguration.
