The Private Pension System Supervisory Commission (CSSPP) yesterday licensed the optional pension funds managed by ING Asigurari de Viata, Allianz Tiriac and Aviva Asigurari de Viata. Specifically, the Commission authorized the funds ING Classic, AZT Moderato and Pensia Mea.
According to CSSPP, an optional pension fund cannot go bankrupt. If the number of participants decreases below the legal threshold of 100 for three months, the Commission will revoke their license. The Commission also authorized the advertising materials submitted for AZT Moderato, BCR Prudent and ING Classic.
